2. Main character

• The rollers are made of cold hard cast iron, HS68~72; 1# ,2#,3# and 4# rollers are drilled ones, surface roughness Ra0.2;

h. Electric control system of calendering machine & assist machines

2. The electric control system contains the “DC/AC main electric control cabinet “and the “operation panel (piano type)”
3. The air switch, contactor, buttons and indicator lights are Schneider brand; other electric equipments use Chinese famous brand;
4. Every unit in calendering plant can operate together or independently. We intercalate the high-precision corresponding digital display meter on the operation panel. (Linear velocity, electric current, space between the rollers, temper of the rollers, etc)
5. The electric control system has the interlocking device for proving the machines. Ever since the lubrication station, oil pumping, lubrication pump for gear box and fan cooling system started, the DC motor of calendering machines can operate. Moreover, ever since the DC motor of calendering machines is operating, the lubrication station, oil pump for gear box and fan cooling system cannot power off.

E. Installing & debugging service

1. After the contract is confirmed, the seller will supply the plan of the workshop, foundation chart and the chart of rubber roller, square axes & all kinds of rollers. Every operation manual will be supplied by seller, too.
2. Instructiveness installing & debugging;
3. The buyer should supply the spare pipes and electric wires, the seller just advices the specification or the model of them.

F. Other terms:

1. Delivery period: totally 8 months after the contact is confirmed;
2. Payment: 30% of the total amount by T/T in advance as down payment, 70% of total amount by L/C;
3. Spare parts: The seller supplies one set of valueless vulnerable parts for free. The seller also suggest that the buyer buy one set of several spare parts for storage one year’s operation. The seller will show the list of spare parts to the buyer for his choose before delivery.
4. Exterior and color: Exterior and color of the machines are based on the seller’s standard. Off course we can produce according to buyer’s shade-guide;
5. Electric power: The quotation above is based on 380V/50Hz. There will be some additional fee and extended producing time for custom-built electric power requirements
6. Warranty period:
   1. Machines: one year after successful debugging;
   2. Electrical components: 6 months after successful debugging;
7. Debugging service aboard: The seller sends four technical workers (or more as buyer’s request) to the place which appointed by the buyer for instructing the debugging service;
   1. The seller is in charge of the fee cost in China but except for the visa charge.;
   2. The buyer is in charge of the fee cost aboard and the visa charge. This fee includes but not limited as below:

1. Flight fee for cruise;
2. Traffic, meal and living fee during evection;
3. Allowance(manpower fee) USD 40.00 for one person one day
4. Transporter: The buyer should hire a translator for convenient communication. Otherwise the seller will send an additional translator. The buyer should be in charge of this cost (refer to a~d).
